EXPERINCES IN GIAPO
On 30th Sepetember 2017 we went to Giapo which is situated in Gore steet , Auckaland . This field trip give me great experince especially in change leadership. The thing that influence me is his speech about fear + leadership. On the other hand i think that his wife plays a vital role in his business sector by managing customers and kichten. He also show the power to change the world of ice creams. The most noticeable thing is that the worker work there face to face like a friendly maner.
